Helping Horses and Humans Fund Mission

The Indiana Horse Council Foundation, Inc. created the Helping Horses and Humans Fund as a designated fund to implement or support programs that provide adoption or retirement opportunities for horses, retrain horses for therapeutic use or other second careers, and/or assist organizations dedicated to the use of retired or retrained horses in equine therapy for human rehabilitation (collectively, the “Fund Purposes”).​

Our Mission

The Indiana Horse Council Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Indiana non-profit corporation organized in 1992 to encourage support of and funding for worthwhile charitable, scientific, and educational projects benefiting the horse and horse-related activities in Indiana by serving the needs of both donors and recipients.
